Collaborated Goals allow funders to build a deeper understanding of program outcomes and capacity-building achievements for their nonprofits, while empowering their sponsored nonprofits to name and share the outcomes they hope to achieve during their time with Resilia.
- Who can I initiate Collaborated Goals with?
Funders work with their Resilia-sponsored nonprofits to set goals that are agreed upon by both the funder and nonprofits with regard to outcomes and cadence of updates.
Funders may select their entire grantee cohort, or may select goals for specific nonprofits manually.
- What is the structure of a Collaborated Goal?
Collaborated Goals are flexible and can be quantitative, like updating impact and outcome numbers, or qualitative, like following a task list with resources and assets. Funders select a start and end date for the goal period.
- What communications support Collaborated Goals?
As nonprofits update their progress, both funders and nonprofits will be able to see progress through their respective dashboards.
Nonprofits will receive reminders on tasks as they approach their due dates.
