Browser Issues
Step 1: Try clearing your Cache based on your web browser.
In Google Chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the three dots.
- Click More Tools and then Clear Browsing Data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.
- Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
In Mozilla Firefox:
- Click the Menu button and select Preferences.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
- Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
- Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you’ve made will automatically be saved.
In Safari:
- Click the Safari menu.
- Select Empty Cache.
- Click Empty.
- Safari 3.x for Windows
- Click the Edit menu.
- Select Empty Cache.
- Click Empty.
Step 2: If clearing cache doesn’t work.
- Close the browser window and try another browser.
- Try using either a private window (incognito window), or another browser to complete the signup process.
- Log out of Resilia and log back in.
- Restart internet wifi.
