Troubleshooting Issues for Nonprofit Platform

Browser Issues

Step 1: Try clearing your Cache based on your web browser.

In Google Chrome:

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click the three dots.
  • Click More Tools and then Clear Browsing Data.
  • At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.
  • Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  • Click Clear data.

In Mozilla Firefox:

  • Click the Menu button and select Preferences.
  • Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  • In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
  • Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
  • With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
  • Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you’ve made will automatically be saved.

In Safari:

  • Click the Safari menu.
  • Select Empty Cache.
  • Click Empty.
  • Safari 3.x for Windows
  • Click the Edit menu.
  • Select Empty Cache.
  • Click Empty.

Step 2: If clearing cache doesn’t work. 

  • Close the browser window and try another browser.
  • Try using either a private window (incognito window), or another browser to complete the signup process.
  • Log out of Resilia and log back in.
  • Restart internet wifi.
