How to Manage Billing in Resilia

After you sign up with an account, you would be able to see your billing information and perform various actions depending on the plan you have. The available plans are:

    1. NPX Starter
    2. NPX Plus
    3. NPX Pro
    4. Sponsored

You can get into the Manage Billing & Plan Section by going to the left side Navigation Bar in Resilia, and clicking on Account > Manage Billing & Plan

In general, on this view, you will be able to see:

  1. Platform Plan. Your current Nonprofit Platform Plan
  2. Platform Cost. What you are paying on a monthly basis
  3. Next Billing Date. When the platform cost is going to get charged to your Payment Method on File
  4. If you have a Formation Package, and if you do, which one you have
  5. Manage Billing in Stripe button, where you can update your Payment information, see your Billing History, and also download your invoices.
  6. Available Plans. Where you can see the different Nonprofit Platform Plans, with their main characteristics. This section can allow you to Upgrade or Downgrade your Plan at your best convenience.

Difference in Manage Billing per Plan

NPX Plans, you will be able to see the same in the Manage Billing Page. Giving you the option to freely change your plan whenever you want.

And change your Payment Method, change your billing information or download your invoice history.

 

For the Sponsored Plan, there is a big difference, since the Funder is paying for your access, you don't have access to change payment method or see your billing story, at the end you are paying $0.00.
