Before resetting your password, be sure to check your spam and promotion folders for any emails coming from accounts@resilia.com as invitation emails can occasionally get caught in email filters.
To reset your password:
1. Go to app.resilia.com
3. Enter your email address and click "SEND EMAIL"
4. You will receive a Password Change Request email with subject "Regarding Your Resilia Account" from accounts@resilia.com. If you don't get an email, send an email to support@resilia.com with the subject "Password Change Email Not Received"
5. Click on the "click here" link
6. Enter a new password
7. If the password reset link is expired, follow the steps again. If you are still having issues, email support@resilia.com
