Password reset for existing Resilia accounts
Password reset only works if you already have an existing Resilia account and have lost access or need to activate it. If you don't have an account yet, you'll need an invitation from your sponsor. In most cases, if your invitation link email has expired, you can use the password reset function to activate or regain access to your account.
Before resetting your password, be sure to check your spam and promotion folders for any emails coming from accounts@resilia.com as invitation emails can occasionally get caught in email filters.
To reset your password:
1. Go to app.resilia.com
2. Click on "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address and click "SEND EMAIL"
5. Open the email and click on the "click here" link
6. You will be directed to a page where you can enter a new password:
7. You can now log in to your Resilia account with your new password!
If the password reset link is expired, follow the steps again.
