How do I track fund development in Resilia’s Nonprofit Platform?

By regularly measuring progress towards organizational goals, you will be able to visualize your successes and opportunities for improvement. 

You can input a fund development section to create reports, showing your progress towards the fundraising goals of a specific program and your organization overall. You will be able to customize the metrics you wish to capture (Examples: Foundation Grants, Corporate Sponsorship, Individual Giving). 

Adding funding tracking to a new initiative:

  1. Click the Dashboard tab on the left-hand column
  2. Click “+ Create New Initiative” button on the top right to insert your new funding initiative (Example: Fundraising success from quarterly direct mailing)

3.   Once added, click “+ Track New Goal” to add a measurable outcome that is a stepping stone to your overall initiative (Example: Increase mailing list from past year).

4.    Underneath, you have an option to add a specific metric to track, that will help lead to your goal (Example: amount of funds submitted), as well as your timeline.

5.   Then click “Save Goal” to complete the tracking. You can update your goals at any time.

 

Continuing to track your progress:

You can update your progress at any time. Click the “update progress” button and then fill out the following:
  • New Date - (Example: 01/21/21)
  • New Total - (Example: raised an additional $10,000)
  • Then click “Track Progress” to complete the tracking.
