How do I measure organization and program impact using Resilia’s Nonprofit Platform?

By regularly measuring progress towards your organizational goals, you will be able to visualize your successes and opportunities for improvement.

The Nonprofit Partner Platform allows you to track metrics that you are looking to accomplish within your organization overall, as well as program specific goals.

How to Add a New Initiative

  1. Click the Dashboard tab on the left-hand column
  2. Click “+ Create New Initiative” button on the top right to insert your new initiative (Example: Increasing childhood literacy in Detroit)

  3. Once added, click “+ Create New Goal” to add a measurable outcome that is a stepping stone to your overall initiative (Example: increasing enrollment in the afterschool reading program).
  4. Underneath, you have an option to add a specific metric to track, that will help lead to your goal (Example: number of students enrolled in the afterschool reading program), as well as your timeline. You will also have the opportunity to add in "dimensions" or sets of data you are tracking. Dimensions are the categories, populations, or segments you’re measuring across (Example: 3rd grade, 4th grade, and 5th-grade students).
