How do I get my donors' data to make it actionable?

While you are getting donations from different campaigns, it is essential to track your donors activity to keep a constant engagement with them.

That is why you can download a Donors’ csv. in the Transactions Tab under Donations in Resilia. This document includes all of your different donors, their email addresses, and specific stats for each one of them.

With this .csv, you can create a list for an email service like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
