How do I contact customer support?
Resilia’s customer success team is available to answer any questions you may have.
Once logged into your Nonprofit Platform account, you will find a chatbot text box on the lower right hand corner of your screen. Begin typing to search our database of support articles or leave your name and email address, and a member of our team will get back to you.
Our team is also available by emailing support@resilia.com and will respond promptly to your needs.
