How do Donations refunds work?

All transactions made on Resilia are final, per our terms of service.

• There is the process to issue a refund to a donor. You will need to contact support@resilia.com with the following information:
  • Transaction ID
  • Amount
  • Refund Amount
  • Reason
    • You can find that information in the Transactions Table like the following example: 

Resilia will reply to your request with a resolution of your request.

• Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. 

We cannot refund your transaction if its funds have already been withdrawn from Resilia.
